A wonderful day in... - A wonderful day in Florence. The trip includes transportation to Florence from Rome, a tour of the Uffizi Gallery -- our guide was incredible -- then most of the day is on your own so be prepared with ideas for how to fill the time. A really great day overall, particularly when you want to see more of Italy than just Rome.

Florence Tour - It was a great experience. Angelo was very personable and our walking tour operator knew the ins and outs of our visit so we could optimize our time. He had tremendous knowledge of Florence and its historical and cultural significance. The train transfer was seamless thanks to Angelo. Florence is must see and this tour was the best way to do it.

Day Trip to Florence - We really enjoyed our time in Florence, so much to see. We had a guide with us on the train, then another guide who showed us the city and Uffizi Gallery and they were both amazing.

Florence Walking Tour was hot but fun. - Bullet Train was pretty cool, assigned seats, charging under the tables. There is plenty of time (3-4 hours) to do want you want after the Florence tour part. Our tour guide in Florence was great. Our guide that got us to/from train kept lighting up a cigarette right next to us while we’re waiting as a group which was a little annoying. Be aware if you decide to eat in Piazza (or anywhere in Italy) next to the Apple Store in Florence— After you get your food/drinks it may take 1-2 hours (no joking) to get your check. Wait stuff doesn’t get most of their pay from tips like in the US which means why would they want to clear your table and get more work? So just make sure you ask for your check right when they bring the food if you need to be somewhere within an hour.

So so - Very disorganized tour. We were left on our own for the majority of the time and then when it came to the tours, we didn’t get to go to the Duomo and the cathedral was closed. This was not told to us and we would have gone to visit these places during our free time, but we waited because the tour indicated we would go there for the tour. Also was an English tour and half the time the tour guide was speaking Spanish. The actual tour was maybe two hours out of the eight hours.

too short - The tour was too short only one museum. I didn't come here to shop but to see the Art in the museums and there should have been another ticket so I didn't have to wait online to biu one at the Gallerie Academy

Misrepresented Tour as English speaking. - I booked an English speaking tour for two. It’s so happens my friend speaks English and Spanish. The entirety of the rest of the tour group were Spanish speakers. So this turned out to be really a Spanish speaking tour with a nod towards towards the one only English speaker. Mind you the tour leader was wonderful, and did the best under the circumstances. But she had to repeat everything twice in both languages, which was time consuming and meant we ALL received less information and attention, and our own language. It was very unfair to everyone, including the tour leader. This is truly a very negative experience. Since I booked an English speaking tour, I am very upset. If the tour was billed as multi-language when I was booked, I would not have booked.
