Super fun for everyone! - We absolutely loved this experience. Alessandro and his assistants were fantastic teachers! He broke down the receipe and made it so easy for us to understand and create. We loved the stories and recommendations he provided after class completed. The classroom was very clean and orderly. Overall 10/10 recommend. I loved how in our class we had families and two singles and how we all got along so well.

Family activity - Really pleasant experience, Chef Federico H. is passionate and tells us a lot about the history of pizza and gelato. Children are very welcome! I recommend this activity (which is also located very close to Santa Maria novella train station if you are staying outside Florence).

A perfect Italian cooking experience. - This was great fun and very educational. Easy to follow instructions that will allow you to replicate the recipes at home. Andrea was very informative and taught us well. It all tastes so much better at the end because we made it ourselves with first class guidance. Now we know gelato is NOT ice cream, it is so much better!
