Florence hop on hop off - Seamless process. Great tour. Staff were very helpful. Good way to orient yourself around Florence. Trip to Fiesole was well worth it.

Good overview of the city. - A good way to get a quick overview of the city with the opportunity to get off at any points of interest you want to see more in depth. Good narration in several languages with provided headphones.

Great tour, Nidia was amazing! - This hop on, hop off tour was a great way to get round Florence. Nidia was super helpful, I was at the back of a long queue, 5 months pregnant in the sunshine. She was super excited for us and without hesitation she spoke to the other passengers and escorted us to the front of the queue and got us seated quickly as soon as the bus arrived.

Best bus tour operator in Italy 😍💕 - City sight seeing tour was great with fantastic tour guides Lerma and Marco helping us get to our destinations with clear communication, we’re Scottish and as us Scot’s know our sweet strong accent can be a wee bit tricky to get at first but not for these guys Thank you both for a wonderful experience 🥰

Excellent, supportive and caring tours!! - Excellent tours!!! I highly recommend it People are very nice, kind and always helpful. My mother is on a wheelchair and they are extremely caring and supportive all the time. They made us feel very important. We enjoyed our experience. One of the best!!! Thank you!!

Would not use City Sightseeing tours again! - The stops are poorly marked and the bus went right past the stop on YOUR map! Horrible experience! Will not use them again unless a credit is given.

A RESOUNDING NO in Florence. Waste of time and money - A RESOUNDING NO in Florence. In other cities and countries it is a good option but here WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Chaos in schedules and information. Route around the monuments (you will only see them from afar or super far away, close only Santa Croce and perfectly walk). To go to Piazzale Michelangelo you better take a normal bus € 1.70 (if you get off this one you will also have to wait more than an hour for the next one). Expensive and DO NOT RETURN the money if you regret discovering what I tell you. THEY DON’T LET SUITCASES IN (but it doesn’t go anywhere and in other cities we have). Also if you listen to the explanations on the headphones every time you reach a stop the driver says it and it sounds so loud that you have to take it out of your ear... PRETTY NASTY TREATMENT. We arrived on time with small children and a suitcase. They told us that we could not go upstairs and when they told them about the work they did and told them about the schedule we thought (it was wrong what we had understood) they did NOT give us information about the following departures. We were told to go to the place where we bought the tickets for the return. We went to an office near the Porcellino (a nice walk with the kids by the way) to find out that they DON'T RETURN THE MONEY if not for their reasons. The lady from that very kind business made like three calls and there was no way. On the bus bad faces and no help. We had to change travel plans and postpone departure to another city to use the ticket with them... to confirm that the ROUTE IS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. The previous day we had tried to return to the city center from the Piazzale Michelangelo and what it puts on the sign are 3 times being the last at 3.30pm (... and that gives rise to a lot of confusion obviously and it is too soon no?... being a place that is usually recommended to go to watch the sunset).. we had to return by urban bus and leave it for the next day... A mess! Unpleasant experience and not recommended.
