A great way to visite Pisa as a family! - We took this tour in Pisa with our two children. The tour lasts about an hour and the guide was very informative and kind. A great way to visite the city highlights and learn about the history! I would definitely recommend this activity!

Florence Tour Review - There is a lot of flexiblity touring Florence, get off for a while and then hop back on. The drivers are very experienced and get you into some very interesting spots.

Florence hop on hop off bus - There are 2 bus routes one is about 2 hours the other is about an hour, so you need time to do both and get off and on at different stops. Probably not enough time to do both if you are on a day trip.

Not good value for money - sadly, not a good experience. missed the bus by seconds and then saw on the schedule the next bus was due in c 1 hour. so we elected to walk to the Michaelangelo piazzali. then waited for c25 mins for the bus (red line). it has rained, so upstairs was wet and chilly, so we sat downstairs - which was so packed we gave up and got off at the next stop. a very expensive bus ride! Also , it says 24 hours hop on hop off , but the operating hours are 9am to 6.30pm ....

Steer Clear: A Disastrous and Unreliable Bus Service in Florence - Avoid this hop-on hop-off bus service in Florence at all costs! They blatantly ignore their own routes shown on the paper map, app, and website, leaving passengers stranded at stops with zero notice. We were stuck waiting with young kids in brutal 95°F heat for over 60-90 minutes, only to watch the bus take a completely different bridge and bypass us entirely. This isn’t just poor service—it’s a total disregard for customers. When we complained, they refused to apologize or refund us, acting like we were the problem. Save your money and sanity—don’t trust this unreliable, unprofessional company. Walk or take or another service instead!

Don’t waste your time - The buses were absolutely nowhere to be found so we basically paid for zero tour and spent our time walking ourselves because we could not find but the buses at any stop. I have reached out for a credit but know that that’s a longshot. Not fair to pay for an entire family and not be able to utilize the service.

Bus locations are very... - Bus locations are very difficult to find. The signs need to be higher and be visible. Most of the signs were posted 5 feet off the ground and were covered in stickers and were not visible. Lost hours of time and was not worth what I paid I only got to take two stops.
