Guide was informative but... - Guide was informative but we had to wait an hour for entry as they didnt tell us we would only be allowed to enter at 10:15 even though we booked for 9:15, we had to leave our tour early as we had another booking at uffizi.

Beautiful basilica of... - Beautiful basilica from the outside but very little to see inside. It's not worth paying and standing in line. There is only painting in the cathedral dome to see.

Don't book! - Attention rip-off! We booked this tour in German. On arrival we should scan the QR code with our mobile phones to download the German-language tour. After that we queued for about 75 minutes to get into the (for all) free entrance of the cathedral. We didn't see the guide after that. We did the tour of the cathedral on our own. Unfortunately, the file we downloaded was not the real one either. The text is so similar on Google. In addition, many names have been mispronounced and the tour is not adapted to the actual circumstances. In summary, you can say that here for 10 € per person you get information that can be found on Google for free and the AI of Google pronounces the mentioned names correctly. Very disappointing!

Deception of the Spanish - I hired a guided tour in Spanish, when we arrive at the meeting point they give us a qr, so that we hear it and the English give the pinganillo and the guided tour. It means total deception.
