Fabulous tour of Firenze with Veronica - Our family of 4 (mom, dad, sons ages 18 & 21) spent a wonderful half day touring Florence with Veronica. Veronica is a delightful Florentine with an impressive art history resume who loves to share the ins and outs of her magnificent city. Besides the major sites she took us off the beaten path to see some of the city’s historical treasures that I am sure few tour groups get to see. She is engaging and personable and we HIGHLY recommend her !!

Outstanding tour with Veronica! - Our family of six with young adult kids hired Veronica for a tour around Florence and to see The David. We are so glad we did! We learned so much from her about the city, its history, its art, its architecture and its people as we toured the city. We would not have noticed or appreciated so many details if we had done it on our own. Same thing with The David and Michelangelo’s other sculptures. She shared memorable background and details about them that made the experience so much richer. And she is a delightful person to spend a day with. Veronica is knowledgeable, engaging, funny, and super interesting. She has a lot of pride and love for her city and she will make you fall in love with it too.

Fantastic tour of Florence - highly recommended! - My wife and I were referred to Wanderability by our Air B&B host and we booked the 3 hour private tour of Florence, which included the Accademia Gallery, where the original statue of David is housed. Our tour guide was Veronica, the owner of Wanderability, and we LOVED it! She was very passionate and incredibly knowledgeable of the history, architecture, etc. of Florence as well as the Medici Family, who ruled this area for hundreds of years. Veronica was also very friendly and was happy to answer any questions we had about the many amazing things we saw. She even took us off the beaten path and into the basement of a local hotel that was once a watchtower for the city wall and was later used as a women's prison in the thirteenth century. It was an absolutely amazing tour and we would highly recommend both Wanderability and Veronica!

Amazing tour of Florence! - Our family of 6 really enjoyed this walking tour of Florence a lot. Our guide, Veronica, was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable about her city. My favorite stop was a food market where we sampled several local foods. She also introduced us to lampredotto, which I NEVER would have tried, but liked, surprisingly. Veronica's English is excellent and she's very engaging. I'm very happy that we also scheduled a tour of the Uffizi with WanderAbility.

Excellent and interesting tour for all ages! - Verónica was an excellent tour guide. She led our family of grandparents, my husband and I as well as our two kids ages 7 and 10 on a tour from 9am-noon. It was informative and fun with lots of unique details. Veronica was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the city. We were a small group of 6 so she was able to speak with us directly the entire time (no recorded headsets) and she tailored the tour nicely to keep the kids engaged. We did the tour on our first morning in Florence so it was a fantastic and invigorating way to get to know the city. She also had some delicious gelato, olive oil and restaurant recommendations for us! Highly recommend!!

Great experience! - Veronica Ranucci was wonderful to us! All arrangements with her were made before we left for Italy, which made it easy on us. She was informed, communicated well and was fun to be with. We toured the Uffizi and the Accademia along with a walking tour of the city. She was very knowledgeable and informative. She also booked a requested wine tasting and cooking class for us while we were in Florence, which was a highlight for the four of us! She arranged to have them pick us up at our hotel and afterwards deliver us to the train station. She had the driver keep our luggage while we were there, so it worked so well. We could tell she loves her job! We would highly recommend Veronica as a tour guide!

An unexpected Florence with Veronica - The visit with Veronica was engaging and very interesting: the way we were told anecdotes and the history of the city of Florence, left us with a great desire to return! Veronica is a very knowledgeable guide with a decidedly friendly and welcoming style of telling art history. Highly recommended tour! :)
