Embark on an E-bike excursion through the iconic Chianti Classico landscape, stepping away from the hustle and bustle of Florence to delve into local culture and agriculture with our experienced tour guides!
Meet our affable team at our designated spot in Florence where we’ll hook you up with a suitable electric bike and helmet. Following a quick safety briefing and outline of the day’s plan, we’ll set off on our adventure.
Riding away from Florence, you’ll traverse quaint Tuscan villages and olive fields, pausing at scenic outlooks for photo opportunities and to learn about the region’s culture and ecology.
Our journey leads us to a family-operated Chianti vineyard for a guided tour and authentic Tuscan lunch featuring a delightful tasting of their home-produced wines and oils.
Post lunch, we’ll mount our bikes once more to leisurely cycle back to the city.
Spend an entire day savoring the simple, unhurried charm of Tuscan living on this unforgettable tour!
- Minimum age is 14 years old
- Minimum height for the Electric bike is 150 cm
- Dress appropriately for riding a bike all day (bring an extra wind jacket in case it gets windy in the afternoon)
- May be operated by a multi-lingual guide
- Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required (we cannot guarantee a vegetarian option if it’s a last minute request)

E-bike Chianti Classico & Tuscany - Full Day Tour With Claudio - This was the highlight of our trip to Italy. Claudio was a wonderful guide. Very informative, fluent English and made it an inclusive and fun experience. The scenery was breathtaking and with two college age boys the activity was a perfect blend of experiential learning and physical activity. Lunch at the winery/farm was an amazing experience. We felt like we were part of our tour group family and Marta and Joe’s family. Overall an amazing day and best part of our trip.

Best tour in Italy - We had the best experience with “We Like Tuscany” on our E-bike Chianti Classico and Tuscany tour. What really separates “We Like Tuscany” from the other bike tour companies is they only do small groups to create a very intimate experience. Our tour guide Alessandro was the nicest, most personable, and most knowledgeable tour guide during our time in Italy. He was very patient with us and went at a pace comfortable for us. When we would stop he never rushed us and answered all our questions. He provided information about the history of Italy and Florence, the culture of Tuscany, information about the trees and land, about the grapes and olives and the wine and olive oil making process. He took us on the most beautiful and peaceful roads with great views of Florence and Tuscany. It really allowed us to get the true Tuscany experience. Then we had the most delightful lunch and olive oil tour at Torre Bianca with the most wonderful guide Camilla. She gave us a tour around a true Tuscany farm and how they make their renowned olive oil. Then provided a wonderful tasting of different kinds of olive oil. Their wine was our favorite wine in Italy. We will be coming back to Italy to do a tour with “We like Tuscany” as they were the best tour in Florence and Italy. Cannot recommend enough!

An Unforgettable Culinary and Historical Journey in Tuscany! - Yesterday's full day ebike ride through Tuscany with Jacopo of We Like Tuscany bike tours was a true highlight! Jacopo led us through backcountry roads winding through the hills to a fantastic restaurant where Machiavelli lived and wrote, offering a unique historical connection.
The food was magnificent, a true taste of authentic Tuscan cuisine, and the wine? Absolutely terrific. Jacopo was a fantastic guide, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.
For a unique blend of stunning scenery, delicious food and wine, and a fascinating glimpse into history, we highly recommend bike tour with We Like Tuscany Bike tours.. It was an absolutely wonderful day!

Don’t miss this trip! - We highly recommend this tour! We had an incredible time ! It was fun to ride the e-bikes and the tour guide Jacomo was fabulous -informative and humorous ! He taught us bike and riding safety which truly made us feel at ease as we had not experienced biking in such terrain. We enjoyed the beautiful landscape and we rode and stopped for some scenic overlooks with wonderful information from our guide. The lunch and farm tour was like out of a movie set! La Pia! We enjoyed a delicious organic lunch made by our host Marta. She served several courses all food and spices from her own farm! The wine and olive oil tasting was superb . The other riders on our tour were so enjoyable and we had a great time relaxing and talking and enjoying all the food wine and new friends!! We finished with coffee and desserts . Pleasant ride back and lots of laughs!
It was nice to escape from the busyness of Florence. I cannot wait to return and repeat this bike trip!

Wonderful day riding through the hills of Chianti - Had a wonderful time touring the Chianti region on this 30km ebike tour. Toto was an amazing guide who made sure we were comfortable about our bikes and was full of information. The ride through the hills, up to a monastery, and ultimately to the wine and olive oil farm was so scenic and special. Marta was a perfect hostess at La Pia winery and our lunch was wonderful. The wine was delicious and we were looking for it in subsequent days. We ended up buying some of her tasty olive oil that we sampled with each lunch course and continued on our way after easy conversation and espresso. The ride back to Florence was amazing and luckily, mostly downhill. This was one of the highlights days of the trip I took with my two sons, ages 26 and 22. I highly recommend bike shorts as if you are not used to being in the saddle all day, there will be soreness. Well worth the time and money!

Great day out in the hills of Chianti - Our ride up to Marta's vineyard and olive farm in Percussina was possibly the highlight of a wonderful week in Florence. Marta was great fun and a fantastic chef. Jakopo, our guide, was great company and a font of information about the city, the countryside and Marta and Joe's wine- and olive-making business. We enjoyed wonderful views and glorious countryside in fantastic weather. Glad we had electric bikes though!

E-bike tour of Tuscany - Our guide Jack was very well informed on the history of Florence and kept a close watch over the safety of the riders in the group. My wife and I cannot say enough about the choice of winery visited. La Pia had amazing history, great wine, great food and fantastic hosts. Martha and Joe have done an outstanding job of restoring their property and should rightly be proud of what they have accomplished. From our travels around Italy it was one of the top highlights of our vacation. Thanks to Viator for that. Everyone should visit La Pia winery.
