Please Note: On Mondays and during the 8:30 am tour, the venue is closed. Instead, participants will enjoy high-quality artisan Florentine gelato or a traditional Italian breakfast at a local pastry shop, depending on availability.

Participants will experience the delightful scents of nature in the Vegetable Garden and Nursery, while learning about the natural process of olive oil harvesting and production.

This tour offers the opportunity to discover the hidden gems of the Florentine hills and Tuscany, with lush greenery, olive groves, and quaint roads leading to San Miniato al Monte Church, offering the best panoramic view of Florence.

• Minimum age is 14 years (and the minimum height is 150 cm)
• Dress code is sporty and comfortable to ride a bike.
• Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
• E-bikes are easy to ride but you must be proficient at riding a bike! We reserve the right to deny any participant taking part or continuing the bike tour if we feel the participant is unable to operate the bike safely. No refunds are offered.
• The olive oil tasting at the farm is not available on Mondays
