Tickets made easy - I found picking up the tickets extremely efficient . Ticket shop is opposite the museum, collection was quick and it meant we only queued for 5-10 minutes for our allotted slot. I only booked a few days before too.

Wonderful - This was a great way to see the Accademia. If you want an in depth tour, this one isn’t for you, but my husband & I were happy with the audio guide. It gave enough information to understand the different rooms. The best part was being able to skip the long lines!

Definitely book with Viator again - Great Experience - It was very easy to find the little ticket office to collect our tickets. We were on time and walked straight into the museum. Very efficient.

Brilliant, friendly, helpful, fast, easy, and literally opposite to Accademia. - Brilliant, just around the corner from the tram line stop. We turned up a little early, and they offered us an earlier ticket, though we chose to have an early lunch. When we returned, the friendly rep had our tickets ready, and we walked straight through the line. Would 100% recommend them.

- It was such an easy process, we were able to bump our times up as well, considering we were part of a large tour and on a specific schedule. It was magnificent to see Michaelangelo's David in person.

Good gallery, but... - Good gallery, but overcrowded. David is the main attraction but there are other beautiful paintings and sculptures to see and a nice shop at the end

Everyone had a priority... - Everyone had a priority pass really it is more of a batched entry model … but the short wait was worthwhile as the exhibits were interesting

Scam, save your money and time - The “offices” are impossible to find and no refunds are available. Several blocks on side streets and unmarked. Go to official website if museum and save your time, energy and money.
