A Bespoke Experience - Our multi-generational family was in town for a wedding and wanted to see the Grand Canyon without the hassle of driving multiple cars. Sheldon was very solicitous to creating a bespoke experience. Each of us remarked how we learned something new - those that have been to the Grand Canyon multiple times and those seeing it for the first time. Sheldon checked in frequently and enabled us to pivot when a fussy baby needed a longer break. The views were enhanced by the knowledgeable guide, Sheldon.

Thank you - My husband thought the grout guy Alan was wonderful . He gave us so much information about the area n Grand Canyon. The group was really nice ! The only thing we felt was our lunch was rushed n maybe the last 40 minutes could be 30/25 minutes. Otherwise it was fabulous and thank you Alan

Highly recommended tour of the Grand Canyon - A relaxing and comfortable way to visit the Grand Canyon. It was exciting to see the canyon from this side. We also got to enjoy a Navajo Taco, which was so delicious.

Disappointed customer. - The tour guide, Smokey, did a fine job at the destinations, ensuring we had the best photo ops at each site. He offered to take our pictures for us as well. We made several stops to view a variety of sites on the way to the Grand Canyon. It was often difficult to hear and understand what was being shared by Smokey during the drive. It didn't appear the speaker system was working regularly or that he was connected to it. Smokey was a nice man but did not appear terribly organized and ready for our tour. I would have appreciated a lot more time at the Grand Canyon itself than all the time we spent stopping along the way to get there. Lunch at the Cameron Trading Post was good. Nothing spectacular but fine. We always felt the time at each stop could have been a bit longer and more relaxed or a reduction in the number of stops to allow for more time at each stop. Especially the Grand Canyon. Stopping for coffee shortly after getting into the van was totally unnecessary and a waste of 30 minutes of our tour time. Disappointed with the cost for the service received.
