Great trip with powerfull nice jetskis…..

This was the first time on jet skis for half of my four-person party - which we did advise of both at booking and again on property. We had two jet skis and were put together with a larger party of 10 people on six jet skis. They were clearly more experienced than us and had to wait for us to catch up on a few occasions. I'm sure that was not enjoyable for them as it was not for us. The water was pretty rough (obviously out of anyone's control) for us as beginners, so that also took away from our experience. It really felt like work for to overcome the conditions and trying to keep up with the guide and larger group. II felt that there was just a general sense of disinterest from the staff that start when I booked the trip months ago. Emails were delayed in being responded to, at least one never was answered. When we arrived on site, the staff was not rude, but they did not seem to be interested in doing more than minimally required to help us. Again, just not much communication and direction for newbies. I don't want to be overly critical, and at no time was any one rude nor did I feel like our wellbeing was at risk. I just feel that for the expense and what we thought we were getting, this wasn't it.
