Great transportation - Great bus transportation. Air conditioned modern bus with free wifi. Very prompt and drops you off at central locations. Thankful to have found this option.

Brilliant transfer company. - This company is excellent for from/to the airport. On time and easy to book on their website. Good communication all the time after booking. Would definitely recommend.

Everything went well. - Bus with air conditioning was a pleasant ride. We were dropped off at the agreed point without any problems. The pick-up point was a little harder to find but that was not the fault of the airline.

Transfer Fiumicino Airport to Roma Termini station - Took Terravision for the second time from Fiumicino to Termini and back.Super easy, on time and great value. Would ride again!.

Nice for the Price! - This shuttle was an easy and reasonably priced way to get to Termini Station in Rome. The attendants were nice, and the drive felt safe. If you have mobility issues, you may want to find another way. The pick up spot was a good walk away from the international baggage claim. You also have to load your own luggage under the bus and retrieve it yourself when you get to the station. My only complaint: If the air was on, it did not seem to be circulating very well. Also, the bus looks a bit dated, but that was to be expected from with the low price offered. Final Thoughts: If you really need to save the money, take this shuttle bus. If you're only needing to get to Termini Station, take this shuttle bus. If you have to go to a hotel after the drop-off, just find direct service elsewhere.

Value for money well - Buy online, on the bus you are charged 2 euros more per person and only accept card. Comfortable but value for money well.

SHAMEFUL - You buy your ticket, but you are not sure that you will get on the bus you have already booked and purchased. Basically, if you catch a day of strikes, they make you line up regardless of whether you've already bought your ticket. All this I find truly disconcerting not worthy of a civilized country. The question is: what is the point then of buying the shameful ticket well in advance I will never take again in Terravision in my entire life. To the next BARON BELMONTE.

Horrible experience. Stressed staff followed by bud failure - Horrible experience. One of the hostesses who welcomed the passengers was extremely stressed. I told her I was disabled, she said, "Today is the same for everyone, you're in line." I had my card with me. They finally agreed to prioritize us, but the hostess speaks poorly and stresses people out in the process. Then the bus goes 15 minutes and stops at a gas station. Breakdown. Half an hour later the bus still hasn't left. No information to tell us what's going on... We don't pay a lot, it's true, but does it deserve this treatment?

Don't book transfer at Terravision - Our transfer was booked for a precise timing. One has to know that no dedicated seat is booked on the coaches for you. Thus, you might have to wait for another coach and thus miss the entire schedule you planned. I complained and (see attachment) they acknowledged that the 'time' booked is NOT secured, opposing what the website when you book. STAY AWAY FROM TERRAVISION

Don't do it - Abolutely disaster, don't never ever do it. With the ticket bought online you need to wait one hour on queue with prople who don't have it. They don't care about the hour you choose, just looking to sell as much tocket as it is possible. Staff is rude, they are not giving you a chance to bring even small bakpack on board. One of the world exeperince in my life.
