Just do it! - No words to describe how grateful I am to have had this experience with Anna. Highly recommend for an off the beaten path activity to learn about history, geography, agriculture of Santorini. It’s not all about the views and blue domes. Learn about the ingenuity and perseverance of the ancestors of this island, growing exquisite wine, tomatoes and fava for sustenance. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience beyond expectations. - The experience we received was beyond expectations. Our guide, Ana, was extremely knowledgeable about the history and culture of Santorini. Not only that, she was so gracious and hospitable. We made an incredible meal together and could not have thought of a better way to enjoy it than under the ficus tree at the tomato factory/farm. Highly recommended 100/10!!

Amazing - This was an amazing tour that included a lot of different aspects of Santorini. We toured the small village of Megalochori, then set off for a wine tasting at Gavalas, which is the oldest winery on the island, and we finished at a tomatoe farm where we learned about the process of making tomatoe paste as we walked through the farm, and picked some fresh tomatoes and vegetables that we used in our cooking class. We made some traditional Santorini foods and sat down outside in a beautiful setting to have our meal paired with some Santorini wine. Our guide Anna was an excellent host, very knowledgeable about the history of Santorini as well as the wines and food of the island. I highly recommend this tour and can not say enough good things about it. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Unforgettable Santorini Experience - Our cooking experience with Ana and Vera was pure magic and easily one of the most memorable parts of our time in Santorini celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. From the start, everything was seamless. Our transfer was smooth, and our driver was friendly, and full of knowledge about the island, setting the tone for a personal and welcoming experience. The farm itself was beautiful: a working farm with no electricity (just a generator), a cave-style kitchen carved into the volcanic rock, and gorgeous ocean views. We prepared Santorini salad, tomato fritters, fried zucchini, and a rich fava bean spread using ingredients fresh from the farm. The tomatoes were delicious, sweet, sun-ripened, and bursting with flavor. Vera gently encouraged us, in Greek throughout the cooking process, making even the most novice cooks feel confident. Ana’s welcoming demeanor, deep knowledge and passion for Greek farming/agriculture and traditional cooking, paired with Vera’s gentle hospitality, created an atmosphere of warmth and connection. We ended the class with a beautiful outdoor meal we had cooked, overlooking the sea, sipping local wine and enjoying a surprise dessert. This wasn’t just a cooking class, it was a true experience of warm Greek filoxenia (hospitality), food, and soul. Don’t miss it
