• Lapland - Guests will be picked up from their accommodation or a designated pick-up point of their choice.

Once all participants have joined the tour, the operator will provide an explanation of the Aurora Borealis, including what it is, how it forms, how to interpret solar wind data, and the planned destination.

The operator will guide guests to the optimal locations for viewing the Aurora Borealis. The journey may last between 30 minutes to 4 hours, depending on the conditions of the night.

• The operator may pause the journey occasionally to assess the conditions.

Upon finding an ideal spot for viewing the Aurora Borealis, or when it becomes visible, the operator will stop the vehicle. As the camera is set up, the photography session will commence.

• If necessary, the viewing location may be changed one or more times during the tour.

At the conclusion of the tour, the operator will return to Rovaniemi and drop guests off at their accommodation or chosen drop-off point.

The following day, guests will receive a link to access the photos and videos in the highest quality.
