Worth the trip - Beautiful tour down the river as the sun was setting, then arriving at the island to singing and dance. Before sitting down to a delicious meal with fire dancing and twirling.

A must do experience - Great experience. We were picked up from the Naviti Resort at 3:25pm. It’s just over an hour by bus to the departure point. 30 minutes via boat to the island where we were greeted with singing. Most amazing sunset. The food was excellent and plentiful. The dancing and fire show entertainment went for a couple of hours. Left the island after 9pm. Got back to our resort around 11:30pm because of the other drop offs along the way. Big afternoon/night but well worth it.

Great show and overall experience! - This was a really enjoyable evening. We got picked up from our hotel and brought to the dock, boarded a small ferry boat when ch headed down a river into the ocean to the island. We watch the sun set as we docked on the beach. The show was great, especially the fire dancers! Good energy! Was a unique experience going back in the night in the dark from the island back to the river!

Great show with lots of fire action. The finale was incredible! - Great show! The four stars is because of the length of time to travel to the departure point (about 1:20 each way from Naso) plus about 40 minutes each way down the river and to the island.

Ok - If you are staying in Nadi, it takes about 2 hours to get there. So you’ll spend about 8 hours of your day for this excursion. The sunset cruise isn’t luxurious. You’re put on a loud motor boat with a strong smell of gasoline. The sunset cruise isn’t on the beautiful Fiji water but is in a river. The show put on by the Fijian people was absolutely beautiful. Their show is what saved this excursion for me. Between the traveling time from Nadi and the “sunset cruise”, I was disappointed in this experience. Hope this helps

Long day, not worth the price. - What I did like was that everyone was very friendly and helpful. They really seemed to want everyone to have a good experience. The dancing and fire show parts were entertaining, just way too long. What I didn't like was most everything else. It was very overpriced for what we got. The cruise is a small boat down a river to the island. The entire day is about an 8 hour experience between the drive, the boat, and the show. It seems very "staged" and not authentic. The dancing and fire show are good, but could have been done in half the time. The food was chicken and lamb and some vegetables, no desert and just a fruit bowl passed around at the end. The food was not very good. The opening ceremony with the tribal drink is served in a circle and everyone shares a bowl to drink from. The Chief even puts his hand in the drink to squeeze the liquid out, again very unsanitary. This was disgusting to me, it may be the way tribes did or do it, but we are all strangers. All drinks are a charge, there is not even any complimentary water. There was tea and coffee after dinner. For the price, it is not worth it. The entire show could have been done in half the time. Anyone with kids plan on a very long day. Also it is very casual, you actually get off the boat and have to step into the water so do not dress up. Overall we were very disappointed. It was maybe worth 100FJD for two people at most.
