Fun! - We really enjoyed our time. It was informative and we are animal lovers. Walking our individual alpacas around and feeding them was enjoyable.

Smooth experience after we booked the wrong date despite no pick up - We booked a tour with pick up but accidentally selected the wrong date. Although they couldn’t pick us up on the day we thought we had booked, they still coordinated with the farm to accommodate us upon arrival. They were quick to respond and followed up to ensure everything went smoothly.

Excellent - Excellent experience! Easy booking process, clear guidance, reminder before trip, smooth experience at the place and even pictures afterwards. And Alpacas!!! They are adorable!!! Had so much pleasure and fun feeding and walking with them!! Bonus was that we could meet a lot of other cute animals at the farm. Recommend.

Happiest Alpacas We've Ever Met! - Our driver was friendly and informative. The alpaca farmer was warm and welcoming and taught us a lot about these adorable animals. The babies were beyond cute!

Highly recommend, lovely guides and cute alpacas! - Loved the tour! Was a little nervous since it was just my mum and I on this private tour but we really had nothing to worry about. Simple farm visit but the farm staff, Nella, was so kind and warm. She took the time to bring us around despite the rain and was really patient with all our questions. We had a lovely time with her at the farm, the alpacas are so cuuute! Our guide and driver, Ruslan (from Guidance Travel) met us directly at our hotel lobby and was very helpful! We had a great chat with him on the road, and he had so much knowledge and tips to share with us (we kinda wish we had met him earlier on our trip). We felt very taken care of the entire tour. Ruslan was even kind enough to drop us off at a market we wanted to visit after the tour. Highly recommend this tour and Guidance Travel!

Loved it - I took my mom and little sister as a surprise day trip. The ride to the farm was already interesting , our guide shared a lot about Finnish culture and nature. He really listened to what we were curious about. The farm itself was quiet and beautiful. We had the alpacas to ourselves and could walk at our own pace. They were so fluffy and cute ! Amazing experience - This tour was one of our favorite things in Finland. The place is in nature, very calm. The guide was nice and told us about the animals. The alpacas were so cute and soft. We took lots of photos. Also the experience was fully private , it surprised us

Loved it! - This was a fantastic experience for us, once-in-a-lifetime as we’d never seen alpacas before. We spent an hour and more with them, feeding them, taking them for a walk and they were kind enough to pose with us for a few pictures too!
