At the airport pickup, a representative will be waiting with a sign displaying the client’s name and will manage any flight delays until the client’s arrival. The client will then be transported to their destination, typically their hotel.

If the hotel is located in an area inaccessible to vehicles, the client will be dropped off at the nearest point to the accommodation, and if needed, the reception will be contacted to facilitate the client’s arrival. For city pick-ups, two options are available: collection from the hotel reception, provided it is accessible to vehicles, or from the nearest meeting points, which are usually the main gates of the old Medina de Fez. If the hotel is outside this area, the representative will proceed to the accommodation’s entrance for pickup.
