Amazing experience - The cooking class was the highlight of our stay in Fes 🤍
I can only recommend it, especially if you want to dive in to the culture, customs and traditions!

Really nice family cooking experience - Really nice atmosphere when cooking, steps were very easy to follow and suitable for most levels. Prepared two different Moroccan (cooked) salads and two different Tagines. Everything was delicious

sooo TASTY, INSIGHTFULL & simply AWESOME - We want to thank both of our cooking teachers for the best experience of our marokko trip so far! 🥣🍅🥘😋
Both of them where funny and gave us some very interesting insights into the cousine, but also into the culture. Maybe even more than our tourguide did.
The food was finger-licking-delicious and if any friend of ours will want to visit marokko, we will recommend this cooking experience without a doubt or any hesitation 100%.

Lovely People, Beautiful Food - Wow! We felt like part of the family from the start. We have done a few cookery classes on our travels and this did not disappoint in any area. We were taken step by step through preparation and spicing, ending up with an amazing Moroccan meal that we had cooked ourselves. Thank you to the mother and daughter team that showed us the way.

Delights a fez - must experience to discover Moroccan culture and cuisine, preparing delicious dishes with extraordinary women and listening. We really feel at home cooking with family. Superb welcome, very nice moment of sharing! Do not hesitate!

Absolutely not to be missed - The best esperience to make in Fes! It’s more than a simple cooking class: we had a lot of fun thanks to the hosts, friendly and passionate; we learnt how to cook maroccan salad and tajine with chicken and prunes and tajine with lemon and olives. We had a dinner with those at the end of the class: they were delicious. The teacher are very good, and give you a lot of advices and tips. Moreover during the class we talked a lot about society and culture, it was a meaniful dialogue. Don’t miss it!

Great experience - We took cooking class today. We first got traditional mint tea with pastries in the beautiful riad of hosts. Afterwards we went to the kitchen where we prepared two traditional salads and a vegetarian tajin on request under the guidance of the hostess. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful and guided us step by step through the menu.
The result tasted fantastic. Thank you for the great experience.

Great experience cooking Tagine in a homely atmosphere - Saad was an amazing host. The class was held in Riad Hayat, and we had the pleasure of cooking with Saad, his mother Hayat and another helper Hana.
We were joined by another German couple and ended up cooking Chicken Tagine with prunes, Moroccan Couscous Salad, Baba Ghanoush, Vegetable Stew. We were provided instructions right from cutting the vegetables, adding spices, garnishing etc. once the food was prepared, we ate it at their restaurant.
I would highly recommend this to anyone who is interested to know more about Moroccan cuisine and learning about the history and heritage of their dishes.

amazing way to spend an afternoon - such an fun experience with lovely hosts and amazing food we enjoyed after cooking. would 100% recommend for solo travelers or anyone travelling in larger groups
