Disappointing ! - Salim was very attentive and accompanied us to the medina for a so-called "gastronomic" visit. He has cultural, historical knowledge and experiences of the medina which he shares with pleasure. Having come to pick us up from our accommodation at the entrance to the medina, we had to take a taxi (at our expense) to take us to the opposite side. The title is misleading because the visit is more of a historical and commercial circuit (mosques, Koranic school, museum....), we were treated to the carpet merchant, proposed tannery, proposed wood museum... We had it made the previous days and we expected something else. We still did some street tastings, very good and authentic served with mint tea. Unfortunately the "gastronomic" experience ends there: no ideas on the art of the table, the habits and customs, we were left at our end. For three times the price of a half day tour of the medina, the price is not justified at all. To avoid.
