- Tianjin Railway Station - We’ll pick you up from your hotel around 8:00 AM and take you to Beijing South Railway Station. From there, we’ll travel to Tianjin by high-speed train, departing at 9:28 and arriving around 10:00. You’ll see the Haihe River, Jinwan Plaza, Liberation Bridge, and the Century Clock.
- Jiefang North Road - Explore the former French and British concessions along Jiefang North Road (Tianjin Financial Street). Visit historical buildings like the post office, clubs, barracks, consulates, foreign firm buildings, police station, parliament buildings, and hotels. Admire the traditional architecture and learn about the stories from 100 years ago.
- Italian Style Street - Stroll through the Italian Style Town, the center of the former Italian concession, now a recreational area for shopping, eating, and drinking. Try local street food like Chinese crepes (Tianjin Jianbing) and see historic sites such as Marcopolo Square, the former Italian club, and the former residences of historical celebrities.
- Tianjin Haihe Cultural Square - Walk along the Haihe River, enjoy the river view, and experience the local lifestyle.
- Ancient Culture Street (Gu Wenhua Jie) - Visit Tianjin Ancient Cultural Street, a traditional shopping street and fair. See the Tianhou Palace, the earliest building in Tianjin, and explore local traditional handicrafts like Yangliuqing New Year Pictures and clay figures. Try local snacks such as earhole fried rice cake and Shibajie fried dough twists while walking through the market.
- Ferris wheel, Eye of Tianjin - View the Ferris Wheel, also known as the Eye of Tianjin, the only Ferris wheel built on a bridge across a river. We’ll take pictures but not enter the Ferris wheel.
- Jingyuan - Visit Jingyuan (Jing Garden), the former residence of the Last Emperor of China, Puyi, who lived there for two years. See the nearby Zhang Garden, another residence of Puyi in Tianjin (1925-1931), and learn about the history of that period.
- Five Great Avenues - Tour the Five Great Avenues, a traditional living quarter with five east-west streets, once the largest wealthy living area in China. It’s known for the former residences of historical celebrities and various architectural styles. We’ll visit by car and stop at Munan Garden for a short walk.

HePing Lu ShangYeJie - Walk around Heping Road and Binjiang Road, traditional pedestrian shopping streets in Tianjin with a history of about 120 years. Experience the commercial atmosphere and culture of the city with time-honored and modern shops lining the streets.
After this visit, we’ll return to Tianjin Railway Station and board the train back to Beijing South Railway Station, arriving around 19:30. The driver will take you back to your hotel, concluding the tour.
