Excellent for Families! - Kaitlen was an amazing story teller. My family of 7 all enjoyed the tales and each came away with a different favorite “ghost”

Fabulous Tour & Great Stories - I wrote to Kaitlen less than two weeks prior to our arrival in town to inquire about a private tour. She gladly accommodated my partner & I. She came dressed as a spooky guide and gave us a wonderful tour around the historic downtown of Fayetteville. She is a great storyteller and kept her content interesting and fun. She was a drama student, so those talents are clearly evident in what she does. By chance, we were granted special access to the inside of the historic Fayette theater in town. It was phenomenal to get to see this place up close. Thanks Kaitlen!
