Travel back to the Ottoman Empire era, where you can indulge in the luxury of Public or Semi-Private Baths, experiencing life as it was centuries ago.
Revitalize yourself by embracing a time-honored tradition, enhanced with a clay mask, foam massage, body scrub (kese), and massage.
Upon entering the Turkish Bath (known locally as Hamam), a clay mask will be applied. Clay, a type of soil used for centuries as a health resource, offers numerous benefits due to its natural minerals, particularly for the skin.
Next, experience the cleansing relief of the kese, which removes toxins from the skin. Following the kese treatment, enjoy a traditional bubble wash ritual and a soothing full-body foam massage on warm marble stones.
Depending on the option chosen, a relaxing massage will be provided to reward both body and soul.

Once reaching Acemi Nefer Sokak , you will find it at No : 2 with board ' Acemoglu Hamam ' next to Wyndham Old City Celal Aga Hotel . You can easily reach by public transportation with T1 Tramline- Laleli stop , or Metro Line - Vezneciler stop , only few minutes walking distance .

Wonderful Hamam Experience - What an amazing experience. The staff here are so lovely and professional. We didn't know what to expect from this experience having never done a Hamam before but the ladies made us feel completely at ease. Honestly one of the best experiences we have ever done and the additional massage at the end was amazing. Absolutely would recommend this experience on your visit to Istanbul!

Highly Recommend - The moment we get walked in we were treated with respect—the bath was amazing and highly recommended. We were provided with a nice private area, then after the nice scrub and wonderful foaming bath we were able to relax with a nice cup of Turkish tea. A very nice experience

Unforgettable memory in Istanbul! - Highly Recommended in Istanbul! Absolutely wonderful experience. Booked the semi-private and we were upgraded to the full private (guess just being there at the right time). The two ladies were very skillful and made it the most relaxing experience for my wife and I!

Fabulous time at the Acemoglu Hammam! - This was a fabulous experience. I booked the semi-private hammam and massage for myself and my wife. We were taken from reception to a room where we changed and put our things into lockers, with the keys on wristbands which we took with us. We were given towels and flip flops and taken together into the hammam area which is very relaxing (low lighting and plenty of hot water around always works!) and were individually scrubbed, foamed and generally washed on top of a marble base. It is incredibly relaxing and very thorough - taking over 20 minutes each I think. Our hair was washed and we were given cleansing face mask treatments. After that we were given some Turkish tea while we dried and washed off the face mask. I think we were then meant to go for the massage but there may have been a bit of a queue because instead we were given fresh towels and taken downstairs to the spa area (the hammam/massage is actually located in the quite posh Wyndham Hotel) where we were given 30 minutes to have a swim, use the various saunas, hot/cold rooms, etc. It's a very nice facility and that was an unexpected bonus. After half an hour we were collected again and went independently into adjoining rooms where we got a 30 minute oil massage. That was unbelievable - no (decent!) area was left untouched down to individual fingers and toes. Both masseurs were girls. Both myself and my wife thought it was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend it. Absolutely worth every penny and we left feeling a million dollars. Thanks to everyone at the Acemoglu Hammam!

Beautiful authentic Turkish experience - Highly recommended this experience. We had traditional Turkish bath plus 1/2 hour massage.
Dr Nur took very good care of us. Lovely lady from Tatarstan.
The bath area is very historic and beautiful.
Two beautiful young ladies from Lombok Indonesia were our masseurs. They were very sweet and did a great job.

We will repeat without hesitation - The experience was very good. We enjoyed each of the different parts of it. Exfoliation and body clay mask. Also the foam bath. The girls were very careful throughout. We had tea for a few minutes and had a massage to finish that left us feeling like new.

I’d go again. - This Hamam was awesome. I went with a friend and both of us guys got to have a female attendant - which I was much more comfortable with. They did a good job.

Quick “taste if hamam” experience - Its not bad but not epitome of luxury either. They are a little cramped for space and understaffed so expect tiny changing areas and crowded waiting areas. But the experience of the hamam and massage were pretty good (though apparently the semi private spaces are for women only, men have to go to public space — glad my husband and friend’s husband had not signed up). But it’s economical value.

Disappointing - It wasn't quite what I expected. Most of the experience, i was cold. I didn't get to lie on any warm marble or sit in a warm room with mask on. The massage was excellent but again the room was cold. Our appointment was for 6pm but we didn't get taken till 6.30pm. I didn't like wearing communal sandals. Need disposable ones.
