Seven Lakes and Abant Lake Tour

Abant Golu Tabiat ParkI - Explore the seven lakes, each at different elevations yet interconnected by footpaths. Discover seven small lakes in a valley formed by a landslide: Buyukgol (Big Lake), Seringol (Cool Lake), Deringol (Deep Lake), Nazligol (Elegant Lake), Kucukgol (Small Lake), Incegol (Thin Lake), and Sazligol (Reedy Lake). The lakes cover an area of 550 hectares, while the encompassing National Park spans 2019 hectares. This area is renowned for trekking. Visitors can stay in small bungalows managed by the Forestry Ministry. The area also features deer and trout production farms. An entrance fee is required based on vehicle type and visitor count. Picnic tables, firepits, and fountains are available. Enjoy lunch before departing for Abant Lake. Dinner and overnight in a traditional village house near Abant.

Ilgarini Cave Pinarbasi

Pinarbasi - Depart for Ilgarini Cave, located in the Pinarbasi region (northwest of Kastamonu), one of Turkey’s largest caves. It’s an excellent spot for trekking and off-the-beaten-path exploration. The cave consists of two sections and remains active with ongoing stalactite and stalagmite formations. A chapel and burial ground have been discovered within. Ilgarini Cave ranks as the 4th largest cave globally. As there are no roads to Ilgarini Cave, trekking is required, so ensure appropriate footwear. Dinner and overnight in Pinarbasi.

Ilica Waterfall & Valla Canyon

Pinarbasi - After breakfast, visit Ilica Waterfall in Kure National Park, near Pinarbasi, located in the Kastamonu Province of Turkey’s Black Sea region. After lunch, relax in the beautiful natural surroundings of this Turkish village or take a 4km walk to Valla Canyon. Dinner and overnight in Pinarbasi.
