Highlights
- I Love Faro Sign - This will be the start and meeting point of our tour. We´ll have an introduction and explain what we will be covering in the tour.
- Tv. dos Arcos 8 - On our next stop we´ll be heading over to a very cool bar located in the center of Faro. There we will have the option of choosing from several different types of beer.
- Largo da Mota - On the next stop we’ll be heading over to a hidden gem in Faro. There we will be savoring some delicious Brazilian appetizers.
- R. de Portugal 21 no 19 - On our 4th stop we´ll be having some delicious tapas in a Portuguese fusion restaurant.
- Rua Brites de Almeida - Continuing our tour we´ll head over to our 5th stop. Here we´ll be tasting some delicious fish tapas including a surprise traditional signature dish.
- Praça Alexandre Herculano - For our next stop we will be tasting one of most favorite´s sweets! We´ll be savoring some delicious ice cream.
- Rua José Maria Brandeiro - Heading over to our final venue we´ll be experiencing some amazing wine tasting from a local.

Discover the flavours of Faro on a fun Walking Food & Drink Tour. Enjoy local food, wines, beers and cocktails, in places only the locals know about. Friendly and fun, this is a private guided tour where you get to sample a slice of life in Faro, while enjoying some locally produced wines, beers and cocktails.
We operate the guided tours every Wednesday and Saturday in Faro, with more days available during the summer months, tasting the good life in the Algarve’s capital. Your local guide takes you to places that you might struggle to find on your own, where you can experience some of the city’s great food and vibe.
Please note this tour is not tailored for any specific diet. Also, it´s not recommended for pregnant travelers or children. We have a minimum of 4 guests for the tour.

Amazing food in local restaurants! - Diego has crafted a delicious tour of local Portuguese and fusion restaurants. Our small group had a wonderful time; we were able to meet most of the owners of the restaurants and the servers were very friendly and accommodating. Diego was full of great tips on how to get the most out of Faro, we highly recommend his tour!!!

Don’t miss this experience! - This tour is a fabulous way to see places in Faro you would likely not visit otherwise. Diego is friendly and informative and the stops are local places with amazing food and drink. All the staff were gracious and excited for us to try their food. Our group made a lot of ummm, yummy, OMG sounds. No one could decide on any one item that was their favorite as all were so different but so delicious!!! We will be trying all the spots on our own! This food tour is a must for anyone visiting Faro!!

5 star tour in Faro - It was one of the best tours I've ever done. The guide explained everything in a simple way and took us to typical Portuguese and even Brazilian food restaurants. Beer and wine tastings are part of the tour, everything really was fantastic. I highly recommend

Great experience and iI 100% recommend! - It was a great experience! Diego is a really lovely guy and a great guide who knows his stuff and manages to entertain without missing out on details. It's always difficult to find good local cuisine without risking to fall into tourist traps so having a local resident showing you some gems is definitely a great help! A nice addition to that is that you get to meet likeminded people and enjoy a pleasantful evening in good company with great food. Thanks for everything and I will definintely reccomend it!
