A stop at Luss by Loch Lomond is next, a heritage village renowned as the ‘most beautiful village in Scotland.’ Here, visitors can enjoy the spectacular views of Loch Lomond. The tour then continues to Inveraray Castle, known as the ‘emerald castle’ on Loch Fyne.
The route then leads to Loch Awe, with a pause at a viewpoint to take in the vistas of the Kilchurn Castle ruins. Once an unassailable fortress, this scene is recognized as one of Scotland’s most iconic ‘picture postcards.’
