The Smith Experience - We throughly enjoyed the park but for some of the slides I would advise that you know how to swim but what a fab day it was for us all

Great day out - The kids loved it, such a variety of slides and attractions. So there was something for everyone to try. Definitely worth it if you're staying in the area.

Probably wouldn't go back - This place is large and you will need to do a lot of walking so those who struggle especially up hill do not go. We arrived late morning and it cost us 100e to get in (Family of 4). We got a locker and all that was fine. They have a large shop which you can buy pretty much anything. Average prices for a water park. The water park itself is a bit run down in my opinion and needs a little TLC. There is no signage at all, well not from what I saw just the usual 'You are here maps' but even with them and a paper map it was difficult to find your way around and seeing as there is a lot of walking you need signs as we spent most of the day searching for nothing. Went on a few slides but to be honest the queues were just too big, no shade when waiting on most slides and hardly any staff at the slides. I had to wait for one lifeguard to shout across that it was clear but he took forever as he was controlling another slide. Bit dangerous really. The kids had an okish time but didn't want to stay the full day. It was hard to find shade unless you was by the main pool area and when its a heatwave you need that shade. We didn't eat at the waterpark as the food was rather expensive and was just fried food and pizza. Overall, it was an expensive half day out when factoring travel etc and I probably wouldn't go again.

Fun for kids - Nice and big place. Out dated but still functioning. Not so crowded in October as end of season. Very cold water as it is not warmed up

Needs improving safety wise - The wave pool was our highlight. We went on the lazy river and the smaller sides and even though they tell you to keep your arms behind your head and legs crossed you still manage to go flying. Good areas for the little ones. After reading the reviews we decided not to go on the bigger slides as we didn't feel comfortable. The lifeguards would be on there phones and at one point a couple of the slides were not being manned properly. Personally we wouldn't go again.

Very poorly maintained - The water park is ok. Dufferent levels of slides available. You can find sutable ones for every age. In end of october it was very chilly, no one pool with hot water there, nor a jacuzzi or a sauna. There was absolutely no hot water in the showers. Only cold water, wracked showers, no bench or anything to put you personal belongings neither in the shower nor in the dressing rooms... That was a terrible final for our visit.

Price for genuine scam expenses - Do not buy through Viagogo, 2 tickets to see Rod Stewart: 75 + 10 for management expenses each to pay 112.50. I bought them because I thought they were the distributors.
