The tour guide was... - The tour guide was excellent and very helpful. However, this is not for the weak! You will literally be rock climbing at several points. Wear sneakers that you can toss after, not watershoes since the rocks are very slippery. Its not the easiest tour, but it is definitely memorable since it will push you past your limits. I’m 4’11 and there were quite a few parts that were hard for me to reach with legs/ feet. 5 days later and my body is still sore. But definitely give it a go!

Amazing Tour with Amazing guides. Thanks to Julio ! - Traveled with family to El Yunque for core memories made. Julio taught us much about the rainforest and helped us navigate rough terrain as first timers.

Best experience - I love my tour guide, Julio was definitely what made my experience special, he took the time to explain every little detail, he wasn’t in a rush at all, he showed the group tricks in the water and gave us the confidence to jump from cliffs and he was amazing very friendly, very professional. Will be coming back and asking for him.

Best guide ever! - Julio was a fantastic guide! We loved our small group adventure with personal attention and an informative guide. He took his time to share Lots of fabulous information about the plant life and the rainforest. He was super kind to all of us and let us choose what we wanted to do while we’re were with him and he helped keep us safe. If all the guides are like Julio, it’ll be a fantastic time!

I WOULD DO IT AGAIN!! - Im start off by thanking my man Julio for being a life saver during our excursion. I lost my phone in the waterfall and he put on the snorkel gear then jumped right in. About 10 mins later he popped up with my phone. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 He was one of the best tour guides that I’ve experienced so far. He is very passionate and knowledgeable of the puerto rican culture and island. He didnt rush us along I think we went about hour longer than what was the original plan.

Recommended by me!! - We went as a small group of 4 with our tour guide, Julio. He was super knowledgeable about Puerto Rican history and endemic species. He made us feel very comfortable knowing exactly where to step on the rocks to keep us safe. Even with my 73 year old grandpa, he was able to help him get through the whole tour.

Once and never again lol - Def a memory !!! The walk up was fun… but word of advice make sure you bring water shoes and good water shoes. You walk through tons and of mud and over tons of rocks!!! My daughter’s friends forgot so I did the whole excursion barefoot. We chickened out of the first water slide - but the second was a LOT LOT of fun !!! Would have been nice to be picked up here lol Walking back the mud was even worse … Another thing be prepared for it to be longer than time said. They picked us up at 1130 … it said 4 hours… We got back to hotel 730 pm
