AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! - Our tour guide Adri and her helper Kiko were amazing! I went with my bridesmaids for a bachelorette trip and they made sure it was an unforgettable experience! I would recommend this 10/10. She gave us interesting facts along the way and helped us and encouraged us when we needed it. She took amazing pictures and videos of us and even had ice cold water for us after the tour. You can truly feel the passion she has doing this! We loved the experience and her!

Tons of fun. - This activity requires a modicum of physical fitness, as you need to be able to hike up (and down) a muddy (it’s in a rainforest after all) mountain path. It’s a ton of fun, and our guide Adriana, and her assistants Zoe and (?)Jose were friendly and professional.

Great experience! - Our tour guide Gabriela was great! Friendly informative and captured videos for us. I will say, you will get wet and muddy! It’s also a bit of a work out! We took our 9 yr old and he handled it just fine. I recommend it!! Beautiful and fun activity.

Wonderful experience !!! - Claire & Tarzan was amazing guides. I will highly recommend for families. We went on the tour with a 5 yr old. Both helped us out throughout & our little one had an amazing experience. Claire has a list of local recommendations too. Please ask, she will be happy to share.

Daughters bday - It was beautiful and so much fun. The trail was challenging but not too challenging. Our tour guides were awesome. Would definitely do it again

Fun adventure - Kids loved the adventure part of this tour. I enjoyed the time in the rainforest, a fun challenging hike (but not too bad) and the waterslide was fun too. Guide was fun and entertaining. It was easy to find the guide. Some other tours had more safety gear. This one felt adventurous.

Dangerous - This is not a good tour for families with young children. The hike into the rainforest is all mud, roots, and rocks. My wife lost her balance and smashed her face on a rock. The tour guides forgot their first aid kit. Thankfully, my wife was able to hike out to the ambulance, which cost $500 cash. She spent the rest of the day (her birthday) in a local hospital, where she got seven stitches in her forehead. The EMTs told us stories about people who have had to be medically evacuated from that side of the rainforest. The tour operator refunded our fees, but those are dwarfed by our medical bills. I really regret booking this tour.
