Good job - It was a different day type of an experience for me never kayaked before so it was challenging but loved it left my go prop behind unfortunately

Me and my daughter were... - Me and my daughter were having a hard time as it was our first time. The staff was very helpful and made sure to guide us the whole way through. It was an amazing experience.

Great night kayak tour and tarp trick to intensify the experience! - This was a really fun night kayak trip and our guide, Chris, was very personable, gave lots of little bits of information, and we loved the tarp strategy to be able to see the glowing dinoflagellates better!!! My partner had been on a different tour years go and they did not do the tarp trick, so this was something that intensified the experience, especially if you don't go on a good night or there is too much light pollution, or they just aren't very bright. The only thing that was not awesome about the trip was that some of the slower, less experienced kayakers did bump into other kayaks and I think it would have been helpful if the tour guide had more experienced kayakers in the front and less experienced in the back to have a little more attention and space.

Great experience - Experience was great, definitely a little more challenging than I expected but not that bad. Was a lot of fun and the tour guides were very knowledgeable. Most everything was smooth, the only problems were disruptive actions of other participants and parents not controlling their kids - nothing at the fault of the tour company. This basically just made everything take a bit longer so in the long run it was not too bad. Overall the tour company did a great job and I’d recommend this to everyone going to PR.

Our guides were amazing... - Our guides were amazing and so knowledgeable. They taught us a lot about the locals and the bay. They were so calm and friendly. I highly recommend this tour.

Just ok - Oswaldo was great with us, the kayaking part is not that easy and it can be frustrating and stressful. However we did have the support and guidance from the three guides that went with us. Glowing was very subtle, not a good night apparently but they did their best effort to show us the best of it. One complaint that I have is that the guy that makes the check in part is unkind and unfriendly. Sadly, he is the face of the company and the first point of contact. This is a once in a life experience for me, would not be willing to go back at all.

Too many people, a harm to the ecosystem! - I'm a marine biologist and was shocked by the amount of people on our tour, along with the other 20 companies going out. Mangroves are essential to our ecosystem, so having over 100 non experienced kayakers ramming into them in the narrow waterways was painful to watch. Kids even flipped their kayaks. I find it irresponsable that there is no one regulating # of kayakers & no one is advising only experienced kayakers should be on these excursions. Other than that, the guides were knowledgeable!

Absolutely Horrible - One of the worst experiences ever!! They KNEW and admitted there was too much sargasso seaweed in the bay and visibility was terrible, yet they didn’t contact customers to give them the option of cancelling and didn’t mention anything until we were out there in the complete darkness. Their solution? To tie the kayaks together and cover our bodies with huge gray tarps so we could MAYBE see some light in the water. Then all the companies left at the same time causing a bottleneck to get back. Paddling back took forever going at a snail’s pace in complete darkness. When I asked for a refund and why they didn’t give us the option to cancel, they said on the website, that basically it states they can’t control nature. I want my money back.

Not recommended - Don’t recommend this. The sea is so dirty and smells bad. Even with the black cloth, we could not see the Bioluminescent sea. Not worth it. Also a lot of mosquitoes, got a lot of bites.
