Great staff - Not enough information ahead of time, wish I knew to bring water shoes. Otherwise, the staff was amazing! So fun, very clear and safe!

Once in a life time view! - This was a great experience!! You have to be pretty good at kayaking as you have to go thru a pretty narrow waterway.

Wonderful Time! - Being able to see the bioluminescence during our time here was such a great opportunity along with the enthusiasm the tour guides brought to the experience. We really enjoyed Felix and EJ! Sargassum was a little rich in the bay nearby but that aside the trip was a memorable experience! Highly recommend!

Visibly sick people allowed in van for hour+ ride! - Overall staff and experience were excellent. However it was incredibly frustrating and disappointing to get on the transport to find two girls hacking, coughing, blowing their noses, clearly very ill. One hour in a van, no open windows, with two visibly and audibly sick people. Why were they allowed on the tour? Covid is raging and dangerous plus getting others sick threatens to ruin their vacation and travel.

Fun kayak but beware it's a long ride! - I booked this trip by phone and the person booking it lied to me in terms of the driving distance from our location. He said it would take 30 minutes but it took 2 hours by bus. It was a long ride there and back for the little time we spent in the kayak. If I was closer, it would have been a fun experience -- kayaking at night was cool -- but the bus ride made my family miserable.
