Fairbanks Northern lights - Michael was great ! Super family experience, very friendly and hospitable, recommended for anyone wanting to see the northern lights

I had a great time... - I had a great time attending the tour with Stella 花卷.
The lodge had everything we needed. There was an aruroa monitor and Stella checked it to remind us when there was good aurora views. There were also snacks, hot water, coffee, a warm fireplace, several tripods and deck chairs, so we didn't have to stand in the cold outside but had a nice place for rest while waiting for aurora.
Stella helped us take good photos using professional equipment and shared photos with us.
I recommend this tour to people who want to see aurora with a comfortable experience.

We really appreciated our... - We really appreciated our guides’ suggestion and willingness to drive us from the original cloudy viewing location to a clear spot near Chena lake, where the aurora viewing was fantastic!

Spectacular night with a very knowledgeable and patient guide. - Frank drove us to his Aurora villa first and when cloudy conditions became a problem, he went out of his way to drive us to the lake Chena recreation area where we had the time of our lives watching several brilliant auroral displays one after the other and he helped us captured some excellent memories
We will always go aurora chasing with him when we visit Fairbanks in fall of this year and subsequent years.
He was very knowledgeable and patient with the expectations of so many people on the tour.

Wonderful experienced and not too many in the group - Stella was great and did an amazing job with our photos and driving to the lodge just in time the light showed up earlier than what we expected she educate us about northern lights teach us also how to capture photos from our iPhone.

We were picked up and... - We were picked up and taken to a viewing area away from the city. Photography was included, and we were able to warm up in the van. Hot drinks were offered.

Great viewing place and fantastic host! - Nice cozy cabin. The host was wonderful. You can see the lights from inside, but you see much more of the sky and lights outside. The host would go out and check for the lights and report if they were out, how bright and if they were moving. Outside has plenty of space and places to take great pictures. The host took pictures of everyone out under the lights and sent them to us. She even helped us with our camera settings and setting up perfect shots. There are multiple places with cabins or some sort of place to warm up in while watching for the lights. What makes this viewing place different is the host. My family had a wonderful time and would book Lucky Bear again.

Perfect Family Trip with Stunning Aurora Views - We successfully saw the aurora, and my family and I had the perfect trip to Fairbanks. The lodge was very cozy and faced north, allowing us to watch the aurora dance from the horizon across the entire sky. I highly recommend this for family trips!

Great effort for sightings - The lady tour agent was very vivacious and indulgent. She explained the position, happenings and took a number of pictures of all of us in the aurora lights. The cabin could have been furnished better to provide viewing while being warm.
