Great to see some reindeers but a bit expensive - Got to see the reindeers and pet/feed them. Tyler, our guide was informative too which was a plus. I just felt the price was expensive for a similar event as to touching animals in farms which is why I rated average. Also recommend visiting during bright hours as we went there early morning and our photos came out dark.

Had a better experience last year with another outfit. - Was disappointed. Spent half hour (if that long) in a pen with one of two reindeer. I had hoped there would be more interaction.

Terrible experience - The address doesn’t show that you are going to Borealis Basecamp. Once you get there you have to go to a different area to sign waivers then are taken to to a different spot where we had to walk down a hill. It felt very rushed, we didn’t get a lot of information on the “tour”. Our group had 5 people and 3 people were already at the spot where the reindeer are. When we got to the babies, there was a bottle for 8 people to share to feed the baby. The other two women used most of the bottle and no one in our group was given a chance to do it. It felt very much disappointing for the price we paid.
