Ezeiza to Palermo - Carlos contacted us as soon as our flight landed. He kept in contact until we reached him. We had terrible traffic and Carlos was patient and knowledgeable about how to maneuver it.

Excellent Service and Customer Service - From the first contact, Jenni provided excellent Service. Always attentive, he responded immediately to every message and resolved all the changes and needs that were emerging. The organization and logistics were impeccable, they fulfilled everything requested and accompanied us at every step of the process. Excellent Service - I hired the Transfer Service between the airports of Buenos Aires via the internet, paid for pix and it was all quiet. Since I would only go with my mom and come late, we chose the executive transfer. We paid 230 the passage. The value is high but safety and convenience were worth it. Communication with the Enterprise very easy, as well as with the driver. Clean car, polite driver and super careful. The uber would cost around 60/70 less (the excerpt) but I don't think it compensates for the risk. I recommend!

Good service - Excellent driver who was also friendly and courteous. The only negative was that Trip Advisor didn't specify that the driver will only wait one hour at the airport. If it goes over an hour, they charge more.

Disappointed in Buenos Aires - We arranged for a transfer from Buenos Aires’s airport to a downtown hotel including a meet & greet. Our flight landed a few minutes early in Buenos Aires, but immigration was swamped with passengers from other flights., ate up over 90 minutes. Cell phones are not permitted in most U.S. immigration areas, so ours were off until the moment we cleared immigration. But that was too long for the operator, they left without us. I immediately texted and then called them, but they would not assist us. We took a cab to our hotel and neither TripAdvisor nor the transfer company would provide a refund.

Bad experience - Private transfer car broke down (dead battery) so they put us in a taxi anyway after waiting for 20 minutes. Don’t bother with this - easier to just get a taxi.
