The tour guide was a native to the area and knew the history very well.

We bought tickets for the Friday at 3pm. Well as we’re on the tram, it started pouring heavy rain and they cancelled the trip. Gave us tickets to come back the next day. We already had plans for 3pm so we chose the 1pm. Well we had an emergency come up and weren’t able to make the 1pm. I booked through a third party and tried to get a refund and explain my situation but instead got lectured on how I should have bought the tram insurance. And was offered no refund. Very disappointing as we were so excited to go on the tram. What a huge let down.
