Avenue Kennedy - We will gather in front of (dar al mouwaten) and begin our journey by shopping at the market where locals find the freshest ingredients. We will buy meat, pastries, vegetables, and spices from my friends at the shops.
You can select your preferred ingredients for the tajine – whether it’s beef, lamb, chicken, fish, or vegetarian….
