Not worth the money - Way too expensive for what we got. Disorganized guides and less than 30 min in the water. In August only some white with light blue bioluminescence, not the beautiful blue you see in photos. I was disappointed but wanted to experience it while we were here.

Robbed of $230 - Really terrible experience with both Tripadvisor and Viator. Weather was rainy (and windy) all day long and continued to intensify as the day progressed. Tried to confirm the tour earlier in the day (with no immediate response) and then tried to cancel due to lack of communication and more specifically for issues/concerns relating to weather. Steven, from Viator, informed me that I was "expected to get wet" during the kayak tour and therefore "weather was not a reasonable excuse to cancel a non-refundable tour." As you can imagine the conversation turned sour very quickly after that statement. I had expressed safety our concerns. I had expressed the lack of communication provided for a pre-paid tour. Ultimately I was left completely unsatisfied and flat out disappointed that ZERO was done to make this situation right.

Yaaaaa...... No. - We had a pretty terrible experience... 2 Couples, almost $400 and were apparently, sent an "old email" according to the driver that had bad information on it. We had to end up hiking to find the tour company. This, after waiting in the parking lot across from the el blok hotel as the email said to for 1.5 hours. No signs, no staff, etc. We called 4 times the number listed on our itinerary and no answer. No text either (voicemail box was full). Only after a different tour company showed up near us for their clients did I ask him where our guys were, did he say "Oh, maybe up by the green store. Hike up there and see if they're still there". So we did. There was one young guy who didn't check our tickets, ask us our names or anything. Just told us to get in the van. This was now almost 8 o'clock. We got there at 6:15. Once inside, 13 drunk Germans on Spring Break made the trip amusing but also at times unbearable. We live on the main island all winter and are familiar with the gig. This time we had friends in town and chose this tour company as we have gone with the others in the past. Overall, we would never use them again and could not in good conscience recommend them to others after this trip experience. Very unprofessional and chaotic. Hopefully, this was an off night and just a hiccup in their operation? Anyhow, that was our experience this past week. Good luck! -R&T Nagaubo, PR

Terrible experience. Had money stolen. - What should’ve been a great experience turned into a big problem. We got dropped off in a van that we were told was safe to leave our belongings in and that it would be staying at the bay. We went out into the bay and had a great experience but then when we got back (1 hour short btw), the van wasn’t there. It came back with a full load of other tourists. Our bags had been rifled through, my friend’s bag had money stolen out of it. My friends ended up walking down a dirt road and hitch hiked without shoes mind you since they were aLeo left in the van. Overall terrible experience because our items were stolen.

Unprofessional and felt unsafe - This was the most terrifying, unprofessional experience imaginable. Our guide barely spoke English. They changed the time on us 3 times. We arrived at the meeting place and were not greeted nor asked if we were waiting on a tour. We were the only two on the trip, and when we approached the DinDin truck, we asked him who he was waiting for (to confirm we were on the right tour because it felt very sketchy). He didn’t know the names of the people who would be on the tour. It took him about 10 minutes to call and find out, but he never provided us with a booking reference or insurance they were legitimate. The tour operator laughed at us for trying to make sure we were on the right tour, the guide kept telling us to get in the truck. As two females traveling alone, we were terrified. It was pitch black out and everything seemed so unorganized. We were too uncomfortable to continue the tour. This was such a disappointment since this was something we were so looking forward to on our trip.
