“Great Day with Michal - Cesky Krumlov - Michal took us on a full day tour to Cesky Krumlov. Prior to the date of our tour, he was very communicative via WhatsApp and let us customize our trip. On the day of our tour, he picked us up very promptly at the agreed to time in a large very comfortable vehicle. His English was superb. During our trip, he shared very in-depth knowledge of Czech history and pointed out key historical landmarks along the way. Actually, one of the museums Michal recommended became a favorite for my husband (the paratrooper museum). He also recommended restaurants and bakeries for the rest of our trip. He encouraged us to speak up if we wanted to make any unplanned stops - which we took him up on to explore another castle. Overall, the day was lovely and I could not recommend Michal more.” - Reviewed on 2025-04-05
A Dance with the Elements
As the day progresses, the weather shifts, with clouds gathering overhead and a slight chance of rain. The Explore Medieval Town tour, available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offers a chance to delve deeper into the town’s history and its connection to the influential Rozmberk and Schwarzenberg families.
Walking through the historic center, you’ll encounter the world’s oldest Baroque theater and the splendid Baroque gardens, each step echoing with the whispers of the past. The gentle wind and moderate temperatures make it an ideal day for exploration, with the possibility of light rain adding a refreshing touch to your journey.
“Amazing Experience! - I used Thomas Travel and Vadim as my tour guide on a recent trip to Prague. I ended up booking 4 private trips with him around Czech Republic and Eastern Germany. There is so much to see! Cesky Krumlov is a real gem! I really enjoyed Vadim’s personal approach and encyclopaedic knowledge of the history. He also gave me lots of ideas of what little secret places to see in Prague itself. The car was very nice too. If you want to have an experienced and reliable tour guide in that region, look no further.” - Reviewed on 2020-09-17
