The Český Krumlov Free Tour sets off from the main square of Český Krumlov daily at either 10:30 AM or 2 PM. Your tour guide will be identifiable by a red t-shirt and a matching red umbrella.
Purchasing this ticket serves as a substitute for a donation at the conclusion of the tour.

Tour with a local - Not to Miss!! - We had a great tour with Jan. He’s very knowledgeable and tour was very dynamic and full of history, curiosities and stories. Magical Cesky Krumlov🤩 - Dan was our guide and we had a chance meeting with him prior to the tour when he offered to take our picture entering Cesky Krumlov🤩 He shared a wealth of knowledge of the history of Cesky and surrounding regions❣️We loved his passion for his town and his people❣️ It was especially intriguing, listening to his experience as a child under communism versus his life in today’s system..
Those having a good fortune of having Dan as their guide will be delightfully impressed‼️

Informative tour, with a sense of humour - Fantastic tour, lots of interesting facts about the town and Czech life in general. As our tour was before Christmas, it was great to hear how Christmas is celebrated in a majority atheist country.

Jan gave us a great intro to Cesky Krumlov. Highly recommended! - Jan gave us a great introduction to Cesky Krumlov, providing interesting commentary on the history of the town and the principal sights. Jan was easy to understand, amusing and very knowledgeable. His tour added a great deal to our enjoyment of beautiful Cesky Krumlov. Highly recommended!

Fun walking tour - Stepan/Steve was an engaging and informative guide who provided interesting historical stories around Cesky Krumlov with humour and energy. It was a very enjoyable tour. Be sure to have cash with you to tip at the end of the tour.

The perfect guide for this unique European town - Jan is one of the best guides we have had over many years. Cesky Krumlov is a one-of-a-kind experience, a well-preserved 14th century town, and Jan is a native son who has deep knowledge about his town but also a great sense of humor and a compelling narrator.

Great walking tour with Jan (Stephen) - That was a fantastic! Stephen was incredibly knowledgable and shared lots of interesting facts and stories about the history of the town. The places we stopped were scenic - great photo ops! Highly recommend this walking tour with Stephen in Cesky Kromluv.
