Outstanding Krumlov tour with Wonderful Karolina - We had a wonderful tour of Cesky Krumlov with Karolina Kortusova. She was very knowledgeable and passionate of Krumlov, and explained all the interesting details about it. She was also very professional, caring and customer friendly. We were a group of 10 seniors from USA and seeing that we were not able to walk up the hill, she personally made 2 trips to drive us up. She then drove back down to park her car and walked back up to give us a wonderful, guided tour. Thank you Karolina.

A great short tour with a wonderful guide of a beautiful town - We took a day excursion trip on our own from Prague. We did not join a group tour due to longer duration and higher cost. I found Krumlov Tours, exchanged msgs with Karolina who did the arrangements. . The company has a team of guides and other professionals who help out when work is busy. In our case we got Stepan but had to change due to my mistake on date of visit. No problem, she brought in Sarka. We took a two hour tour. As we were restricted due to mobility issues ( cant climb steep slopes) we avoided the castle. Sarka met us in the town square and took us on a wonderful tour of the town. She has detailed historical facts, some great anecdotes and a warm human touch with a sense of humour. Lively and spirited. A registered nurse, a nanny and now working as a registered qualified tour guide having passed the exams. Her family lives in the town for the last few generations so she cares for it and speaks frankly about the city. The hours passed rapidly. Český Krumlov Private Tour - We were thoroughly pleased with our customized, private tour with Karolína Kortusová with Krumlov Tours in September 2022. Our party of 4 were on a 7-day Danube cruise at the time. The majority of people on our boat were taking an excursion from Passau to Salzburg. Since we’d been to Salzburg twice, we wanted to explore elsewhere. The walled village of Český Krumlov looked fascinating since it was a UNESCO site as well. Krumlov Tours came up in the search engines as the #1 tour guide for this region so I contacted Karolina. She made several suggestions of how we could spend our full day. We needed a driver as well from our ship. We were offered a sedan or van. She charged a very small deposit for us to reserve the day. We stayed in touch by email and text to re-confirm everything. Promptly, at 9AM, she met us as we walked off our boat. We enjoyed the 1 ½ country side drive with a stop at one of the most delicious bakeries in a small town. We spent 3+ hours touring the State Castle, Castle Tower and Chateau along with St Vitus Church. The 3 large brown bears in the Castle moat were a popular attraction. Since we had pristine weather, we took several photos at spots Karolina recommended at Barbers Bridge, Cloak Bridge, Baroque Theatre View Point and Seminary Garden View Point. She did an excellent job of describing the history of Cesky thru the centuries and many nearby wars. What we didn’t realize was how much the town had been transformed from a drab look prior to the early 1990’s. Karolina structured the day for 2+ hours of free time to walk the unique shops along the curving cobblestone streets. She recommended 3 places for lunch but since there was a local’s festival where we tried the wonderful local cuisine. The pace of the day was just right and not rushed at all. Since our boat had moved down the Danube, she was flexible in taking us back to our different drop-off point. We felt fortunate that we booked Krumlov and their team. We highly recommend them for any tours in this region.

Excellent tour of a historic town - My wife and I spent 2 hours with our guide Karolína, who was exceptional. She is a great communicator and very knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon meandering through the historic Česky Krumlov with Karolína and we highly recommend her.

Fantastic Tour Experience - We recently enjoyed a wonderful visit to Cesky Krumlov largely through the efforts of Karolina, of Krumlov Tours. She provided us a very efficient first-day introduction to the area by arranging several Castle tours followed by a walking tour of the town. Karolina's knowledge of European, Czech, and local history was incredible, and her personal experiences of the communist era and Velvet Revolution were fascinating. She set everything we were seeing into context almost casually - not like a lecturer. Her passion for guiding is infectious and we thoroughly enjoyed her warm, friendly, and engaging personality.

Great Overview and Karolina was fantastic - Karolina was able to fulfill my wishlist which was private transportation to and from Prague, theater tour, rafting the Vltava, and a walking tour of Cesky Krumlov. Our driver was timely picking us up in Prague at 7:30 am. Karolina was waiting for us outside the city wall. She was very thorough and full of historical information and interesting facts. Excellent Tour - We arranged for a day trip from Prague. The whole experience was seamless and very professional. The trip to Cesky Krumlov was just over 2 hours via air conditioned car. There we were met by our guide who escorted us for a very informative tour of the town. We had free time for lunch and a look around. The whole day was very well organised and Cesky Krumlov is not to be missed.
