Super nice guide, a famous place worth visiting - This monastery is perched high on a mountain quite a distance from the city. If it's your first visit, choosing a good guide is absolutely crucial. I was incredibly lucky to have found a fantastic guide who led us on a very detailed and attentive hike up the mountain. He patiently introduced us to each of the sights and even left us some free time at the end to explore on our own. If you're a devout Catholic, this is a must-visit place. Even President Obama has made a pilgrimage here. The atmosphere of the monastery is solemn and awe-inspiring, and you can even light a candle for your loved ones and ask the Lord above to bless you and them. Tuve la increíble suerte de encontrar un guía fantástico que nos llevó en una caminata muy detallada y atenta por la montaña. Nos presentó pacientemente cada uno de los lugares de interés e incluso nos dejó algo de tiempo libre al final para explorar por nuestra cuenta. Si eres un devoto católico, este es un lugar de visita obligada. Incluso el presidente Obama ha hecho una peregrinación aquí. Hiking tour at Monserrat - The views on our tour to Monserrat were amazing! We took so many beautiful photos! Hermoine was a wonderful tour guide; very knowledgeable, proficient and friendly. She paced our group well for the funicular, the hike and the basilica! Highly recommend! Wear good walking shoes.

Great tour with Fabean! - Fabean was an amazing guide. We had such a great time and he provided us with a lot of information. We went on a Friday so it was quite busy and during the free time (1hr) we didn’t have time to see the black Mary because the lines were too long. The hike was nice and had great scenery. Not too difficult but becomes steep at some point. The bus is air conditioned and very comfortable. Definitely would recommend this tour but would request for more free time!

Fabean awesome tour guide - Fabean was really comprehensive in his information and knowledge throughout the tour. We went on a busy Friday so he knew the shortcuts and how to skip the crowds. The walk is a bit steep at times but nothing too crazy. Would recommend coming on a quieter day (Mon-thurs) if you want to see the Black Mary as the line for that is really long and our free hour was not enough to see it. Other than that though, great tour!
