To begin with we were called the day before by a supposed worker, to tell us that what we had hired at the location of Puerto de la Cruz was not available and that we should go to the Americas (almost two hours drive) When I got there I had not put, just a German phone told us that they would give us the quad another company that was there and that we pay them the deposit (sunshine) that did not speak Spanish either. When they gave us the quad, they didn’t give us keys, they told us that to turn it on every time we had to call Wasap at the German headquarters and they activated it at remote control, which already generated distrust. As soon as we started the excursion to Teide, the police stopped us telling us that these quad bikes did not have the papers in order and that most days they took it to the depot, they were very friendly because they let us continue, although sincerely we would have preferred to have it removed because of what happened to us later. On the way down the Teide, we were on secondary routes, where the quad bike was disabled, we were without coverage and several km walk from the main road, and then we had to autstop to reach an area with coverage so we could call the German headquarters to give us a solution. However, they didn’t tell us anything, they didn’t give us any solutions, saying they didn’t have workers in Tenerife and they couldn’t do anything. We had to take more than 3 buses to get home, in total we lost more than 5 hours. I really felt scammed, helpless because of the inattention we had, because I hired the quad for a whole day and after 4 hours of using it he stood in the middle of the Teide, without any help, or interest in solving anything. Do not fall into this trap if you do not want to have a bad experience and a bad memory of the island. I have tried to contribute the conversations with the company so that you can see its level of pasotism but I have cancelled the review because it is not interested.
