A* boat trip. 100% must - Can't say a bad thing about this, 1st the price is beyond excellent. The views are spectacular, we saw whales, dolphins, coastline and mountain views. Also to finish off with a dip in the sea. 100% a well worth trip. Mark, Devon UK

10/10 - Very cool experience. We were lucky enough to see both (dolphins and whales). The crew was great. They explained everything very well. If one day we return to Tenerife, we would take this excursion with them again. Highly recommended

Recommended - Recommendation this excursion, we have seen whales and few dolphins as it depends on how they move. We saw the cave of love where near the latter we had a bath. Recommended

It's worth it... - We went out one day with windy sea. We spent about 1 hour looking for dolphins or whales and after a while sailing (I had lost hope), we saw several pilot whales. The pattern approached them and we could observe them closely, several. The explanation was given in several languages. Then a swim near the beach of the Christians and back to port. PROS: The skipper is continuously sailing so that we can see the animals, he is careful, he approaches but without invading his space. CONS: If someone manages, as was the case, the excursion is shortened.

Not the experience I was hoping for - August 2024 Pros and cons , left with mixed feeling after this trip. Pros .. staff on board are very helpful and friendly , incredible views of whales and Dolphins as promised. Cons .. we felt like we where packed into the boat like sardines could barely move on board when everyone was packed in so tightly , I ended up standing for most of the two hour trip. The ocean was rough ( obviously not the fault of the company ) and the boats not the biggest meaning 7 or 8 people where vomiting throughout the trip including my son who was very well looked after by the staff on board. The stopping for a swim was very short but I’m all honesty I couldn’t wait to get off the boat so was pleased when the boat returned 15 minutes earlier than planned due the amount of sickness on board. If I’m honest I would do it again mainly because we where packed in so tight on the both it was simply awkward and uncomfortable I’m sure on a different day with less people it could have been a much more enjoyable experience.

I don’t recommend -be warned it is not a a trip for the faint hearted! - So supposedly we were there on a calm evening and oh my goodness this trip is not for the faint hearted! I would say 50 % of the boat were being sick and it felt like you had to hold on for dear life! We did see a few whales in the distance and the staff were friendly and funny! If I am honest I would NOT recommend Ethan excursion for families or anyone unless you enjoy being thrown around a point and being surrounded by people being sick lol

TRAVELIN LADY TENERIFE STOLE OUR MONEY !!!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAQUE IS OUR BEST ADVICE - Booked this as a family of 5 only to get there and told they had decided to cancel, no warning, sea was calm and it was a beautiful day so no reason. Told they would rearrange, we have messaged them and no reply, we have rang them 8 times and out of 8 they answered 1 call only to be told she wasn’t really answering the phone and can I ring another number, told her I was ringing the number in the website and then she said she was dealing with someone, tried to explain the situation only to be told can I ring back in 2 minutes which I did and several times that day to which they avoided the phone. THEY STOLE €125 OF OUR MONEY AND NOT RETURNING MESSAGES OR PHONE CALLS. TRAVELIN LADY TENERIFE ARE THIEFS AND CONS - AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAQUE!!!!

Disappointed as bumped off the excursion due to overbooking! - Hi , unfortunately we were not allowed to board and have this experience. The company imformed me that trip advisor had overbooked to many people for this trip and therefore my party of 8 was bumped off, despite us having the QR code from tripadvisor. I asked for my refund for 8 tickets and was told as the QR code for was not scanned i will get my refund . This was the only excursion we booked my disable mum to enjoy with us as a family and we were really gutted. Didnt think this would happen as we booked through trip advisor the local vendor says it happens on average to 3 families per day and advised us to book with them directly !

Canceled trip1 - We booked ans paid for a dolphin experience months prior whilst still in the UK. We were then notified the trip had been cancelled due to over booking. How can this be the case? They have had our booking which was paid for months in advance. Seems a very untrustworthy company.
