Best Time Ever - Joshua was an absolutely fantastic tour guide for our scenic horseback ride through the Colombian hills. The entire experience exceeded our expectations and was everything we had hoped for. The scenery was truly spectacular, a feast for the eyes, and Joshua's guidance made it even more enjoyable. He did an excellent job of making both my partner and I feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we met him. His knowledge of the area and the horses was impressive, and his confidence with the animals was reassuring. We felt completely safe and well taken care of throughout the ride. We had a truly fantastic time and would wholeheartedly recommend this activity, and especially Joshua as a guide, to anyone looking for a memorable horseback riding experience in Colombia.

Good time out of the city - Great horses, great ride, and great guide. Ricardo’s horses are well trained and easy to handle for beginners. The ride itself goes shortly through town till you get into the countryside which is beautiful. I would recommend

Mountain climbing - It was amazing. The location was nice, the route, trail was really wonderful. The lake, the waterfall, the mountain side riding. Awesome! The meal was delicious. We truly enjoyed ourselves.

Bad customer service & lacking situational awareness empathy - My group was ill and could not make the trip, we had requested a refund a day before. It was not granted by the tour guide. This tour guide, further contacted us the morning of to make sure we attended and did not wait for us when we tried our best to arrive. They pressured us into believing "everything was prepared" and guilt tripped us. To then not wait for us nor grant a refund.

Business should have been better - Communication should have been better, we were left. I will admit that we were not at the exact spot but we were next door. We were looking for some type of tour shuttle but they showed up in regular cars. We were looking out. Never received a call, I called and explained that they couldn’t wait and I understood, this was Friday and he rescheduled for Monday, Monday I showed up and they did not. I contacted them all weekend to confirm and never got a response. So it’s not their fault that we weren’t at the exact spot but the communication should be better
