Amazing horseback riding experience in Caldas mountains - Our horseback riding adventure with Colombian Horses was hands down one of the highlights of our girls’ trip to Medellín, celebrating my 50th birthday! From the moment we were picked up in Envigado, everything was seamless and thoughtfully planned. Ricardo, the owner, and his amazing team made us feel incredibly welcome and safe from the start. After a quick intro at the ranch nestled in the stunning Caldas mountains, we were paired with our horses. who were all clearly well cared for and so gentle. The views along the ride were absolutely breathtaking and felt like something out of a postcard. We especially appreciated the thoughtful stop mid-ride, where we were treated to fresh juices, cold water, and delicious local snacks—all compliments of Colombian Horses. It was such a sweet and unexpected touch! We also got to spend some time touring the stables before the ride, which added an extra layer of connection with the experience. This horseback ride was not just an activity, it was a true memory-maker. I’d love to come back with my family next time to share this magical experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to do something truly special while in Medellín!

Amazing & Beautiful Experience! MUST DO - This was the first activity I did here in Medellín, I came as a solo traveler & was with a small group. Joshua was our tour guide, super friendly and I felt very comfortable throughout the whole experience. He educated us on the region, the ranches, the beautiful horses/mules and different breeds. This was the best horseback riding I’ve ever done and the scenery is so beautiful along the ride. We even stopped for some delicious carrot cake and freshly squeezed orange juice! If you pass up on this, you’re missing out! BOOK THIS!

Medellín Horseback Riding Experience - Our guide was amazing! From the moment we got picked up till we got dropped off, we had a great guide that was helpful with making the whole experience fun. I had not ridden a horse since I was a kid, so I was a bit unsure before doing this. However, the horses they have were easy to ride and learn with. I would recommend everyone who comes to the city tries this; you won’t regret it.
