Kidepo Valley National Park - After breakfast, travel to the stunning, semi-arid valleys of Kidepo Valley National Park. The unique savannah plains are home to over 77 mammal species, including the renowned African Big Five, and approximately 475 bird species. Arrive in time for lunch, followed by your first exciting game drive.
Full Day Game Drive and Walk at the Hot Springs
Kidepo Valley National Park - Set out early today for a game drive to observe how animals begin their day. Keep an eye out for elephants, warthogs, duikers, Jackson’s Hartebeest, lions, leopards, zebras, giraffes, large buffalo herds, cheetahs, and numerous bird species. After a relaxing afternoon, embark on another game drive leading to the Hot Springs, where you can enjoy a walk around the steaming water streams.
Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Community Visit
Kidepo Valley National Park - After breakfast, set off on a morning game drive through the Narus Valley, offering excellent bird-watching opportunities. In the evening, visit a nearby village for a community experience. Learn about the fascinating beliefs and values of the Karimojong people, and view their traditional tools, crafts, and jewelry. Participate in an energetic leaping dance with these joyful individuals.
Return to Entebbe
Entebbe - Enjoy an early breakfast as you conclude your safari and prepare for the journey back to Entebbe or another destination of your choice. Be sure to admire the beautiful landscapes and features along the way. If applicable, you will be transported to the airport to catch your flight home.
