Cotswolds for two - Ash was a wonderful host. Full of detailed knowledge of the Cotswolds. He was able to give us a few extra minutes due to traffic and we beat most big crowds. We definitely had a great trip!

Great way to get a taste of all the spots - Great way to see more of the Cotswolds, just know it is still not enough time to see all you will want yo see, but enough to know where To go back too. Ashe was excellent guide a S even helped us plan for a future trip to Brussele.

This is the way to Cotswold - My mother and myself were visiting my daughter who was studying in London for the semester. This day trip was the highlight of our week. It was absolutely beautiful and relaxing, and our guide, Ash made the day runs smoothly with comfort and ease. He is highly experienced, and having been a tour guide Myself I know what it takes. He’s got all the right ingredients. Don’t waste your time with giant bus and large tour companies. This outfit does it well, with a 16 seat mini-bus and a reverse engineered day to avoid the big crowds. What a pleasure! Highly recommend!

SO Much Better Than A Huge Bus Tour! - Initially we were going to book a tour on one of those big tour buses but decided to book with Shakespeare Coaches instead and are we glad we did! Not only did our comfy 20-passenger Mercedes Sprinter take us to some tiny Cotswold villages and down narrow roads that a large tour bus could never go, but the touritself was far more intimate and customized than we ever would've gotten on a scripted 60-70 passenger tour bus. Our guide Ash was marvelous...warm, engaging, knowledgeable and always intent on accommodating everyone's needs. He started out as a driver/guide but by the end of the day, he was like an old friend. He exceeded our expectations by a long shot with an incredible introduction of Shakespeare's birthplace and a half-dozen or so charming villages as he wended our way thru the scenic Cotswolds. Needless to say, we highly recommend this tour. And I hope Ash is your guide... he'll treat you like family. 😊

Best Tour of the Cotswolds! (And best tour guide!) - After wildly searching Google for a day trip to the Cotswolds, all of them felt like they fell flat for the price and knowing how large the region is. Then I came across Shakespeare Coaches and said, “this is the one!” Simply put, Paul was the best guide. He lived in Stratford-On-Avon for a number of years and knows the area like the back of his hand. He started the morning with a little bit about his back story and explained that he was going to change up the order of stops to ensure we’d experience each without dealing with large crowds. Some stops were only 20-30 minutes, others much longer up to 1:10 to give us the right amount of time based on the size of the town. All together we visited Bibury, Bourton-On-The-Water, Stow-On-The-Wold, Snowshill, Chipping Campden, and ended at Stratford-On-Avon. Before each stop, Paul gave us wonderful history and context to each of the hamlets…between stops he took us to a few surprise drive-bys which I suspect may change seasonally. The luxury coach was beautifully maintained and very comfortable, the other guests on the tour were respectful of each others time by making sure they were back at the bus on time to hit our next stop. All together it was a terrific day outside of the city, well worth the £79, and I’d recommend it to anyone!

Excellent Tour! Highly Reccommend - A fantastic full-day experience exploring the Cotswolds and Stratford-upon-Avon from London. The itinerary was well planned, the scenery was stunning, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. A special shout-out to our guide, Ash, who really elevated the entire day. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the history and stories behind each stop feel alive and interesting without ever feeling rushed or overwhelming. His easygoing style and attention to the group made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting a mix of beautiful countryside, history, and a well-organized day out from London.
