Additional Information
- Full day rentals must be picked up at the designated time of the booking and returned before 6:30pm on the day the rental period ends.
- Half day rentals must be returned within 4 hours of the booked rental pickup time.
- A $20 late fee will be charged for rentals picked up or dropped off after the designated rental period hours unless prior communication has been provided.

If plans change we ask that you cancel 24 hours prior to your reservation to receive a full refund. In the event of dangerous weather conditions, including lightning, high winds or rough water, we will advise you at least one hour prior to your reservation and provide a full refund or reschedule when possible.

The process from start to finish with seamless. Using the online system to reserve the paddle bars for the day and time we wanted was easy. Then we showed up and we’re greeted by Frank, who was absolutely incredible at walking us through what we needed to do and even gave us a lesson into the winds and how they affect water temperatures, which was quite enlightening. The equipment was awesome. We paddled south bar Lake and Lake Michigan, and had a fantastic experience. This is our second time renting paddle boards and we will absolutely be returned customers again.
