Adventure and adrenaline - Israel and his partner were very friendly and explained everything very well, we had a lot of fun my wife and I! I highly recommend a good adventure and beautiful scenery.

Great activity!!! - The drive to this site was beautiful, we met the driver at a local conscience store only a 5 min uber ride. They is some issue with taxis and tour groups being at certain resorts. We were at the Hilton and they couldn’t come on site so it was an easy pickup down the road. We arrive checking and everyone on the staff is so nice they store ur stuff under the desk cause they don’t want u to loose anything. I only had bug spray and sunscreen so it worked out great. We had two guide Brian and Angel they were wonderful. Very good examples done in the prior to education and then while on the trail. Our tour only had me and my husband so we breezed through. And the team was very sweet and funny the whole hike. Now if it’s hard for u to hike a hill or go up stairs u may want to call and check with them cause that is the only thing that could hold you up everything else was easy. After our tour we decided to have some modelo at the bar along with some great tacos and ceviche. The food was excellent and so was the service. I guess the team has just purchased and open air jeep for the tours so it was fun cause we got the be one of the first to test ride. Very comfortable

Eco Orbit Adventure for the Zip Line Win - What a day! Our zip lining adventure with Eco Orbit Adventures (Formerly Canopy Indio Adventure Park) in the hills outside Puerto Vallarta was the perfect mix of adrenaline, beauty, and top-tier service. The day started with a prompt 8:50am pickup at the Oxxo store across from the Sheraton, right on Avenida Fco. Medina Asencio. Our driver Martine arrived in a clean, new Nissan Highlander van, and we enjoyed a scenic 45-minute drive up into the lush, mountainous jungle. From the moment we arrived at the park, the entire experience was professional, fun, and safe. The base camp is nestled along a picturesque river, surrounded by hanging flags, rope bridges, and the sounds of rushing water. It's truly a stunning setting. We were lucky to have Hiran and Axel as our guides—they brought the perfect blend of expertise, energy, and humor, making sure we felt confident and safe throughout the adventure. Every zipline platform was handled with care and clarity. The course features 9 exhilarating ziplines that zigzag across the valley and river, each offering sweeping views and heart-pounding fun. The final line is a nearly 1,000-meter long descent, flying from high up in the hills and skimming over treetops, boulders, and riverbeds before landing smoothly back at base camp. There’s a bit of light hiking between platforms, but water stops are available along the way and the guides keep things moving at a relaxed, enjoyable pace. Professional photos are taken throughout the adventure and available for purchase—a great way to capture the excitement without worrying about your phone. After the adrenaline, we sat down to enjoy an excellent carne asada meal (delicious and reasonably priced) at their open-air restaurant while we waited for our return ride. There was a minor mix-up with the return time—the app we booked through listed the round trip as 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, but the actual window was until 2:40 PM. The staff immediately recognized the issue, explained the error likely came from the third-party platform, and without hesitation arranged a private return ride via another tour vehicle (thank you Fernando) to make sure we got back in time for scheduled events at our hotel. That’s what sets this team apart. Customer service is clearly a priority here, and it's appreciated. Every detail—from safety to hospitality—was handled with heart. Amazing zipline crew and experience! - There aren't enough words to explain how amazing the experience was. We were picked up not too far from our hotel, and it was amazing getting to ride with Fernando, he was easy to talk to and it was a smooth ride to the Zipline tour. There we met with Windo, and Iran (I believe I'm spelling their names correctly), who were our tour guides. We did a total of 9 Ziplines, and we had a lot of laughs along the way! To top it off, we got drinks at the bar after (drinks sold separately) and the bar tender was of great service. In all honesty, they were amazing hosts! I don't normally leave reviews, so this goes to show how much of a great time we had. Oh - the pictures also came out great - please keep in mind that this is a separate charge!

Fun fun fun! - Really energetic group of guides, lots of variety of lines, and really good food at the end! The lines are very well setup and safety was clearly of paramount importance to them!

Fun tour for the family - This was a lot of fun, Well worth the price asked for 9 ziplines. The crew was really great at making sure we were safe and knew exactly what to do. The worst part was communicating for the pickup spot. Viators link didn't work, I had to just Google it and contact them that way. The number on the Viator website is wrong. They also changed the pickup time but it didn't update on the reservation. The van was very nice and air conditioned. You will get grease all over your hands from the Zipline cord so wear a shirt you won't miss if grease stains it. Wear some pants that have a zipped pocket if you want to take pictures or you can buy all the pics they take of your group. They charged me $60 and put it on a thumb drive for about 25 pics. You can barter that down though (another guy was able to only pay $40 for his). It took 5 hours round trip.

Great time. Friendly... - Great time. Friendly staff. Family owned. Owners gave us a ride home early as well, which was nice. Zip lining was great. Amazing views.
