We had a fantastic time at the GINology class at Scratch! It was a exceptional experience that gave us insight into the history of gin and spirit making and gave us a chance to create something that is unique to ourselves. Better yet, we can reorder our GIN creations when we run out. It doesn't get much better than this! Thank you Kim and Brian for being such amazing hosts.

This was a really fun mix of history and exploring flavors. The small class size was perfect for getting the one on one help and for getting to know other people. I appreciated how personable everyone was during every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this experience to others.

The GINiology Class was such a cool and fun experience! Learning more about the history of Gin, and the methods and science behind the production of it was so interesting. Really enjoyed getting to try the different flavor profiles and learning how each of those can be combined to create a unique Gin of my own.
