Climbing Closes for Cullen Skink is FUN - Alisa was a ray of Scottish sunshine—we enjoyed all the stops and particularly the Cullen Skink in the beautiful Cafe Royal. Had a lovely group and really got an insight into the area and the food. Would highly recommend.

A fun way to get a feel for the city - Fantastic tour! Our guide was very friendly and engaging, with great stories about Edinburgh’s history and its food. Everything we tried was delicious, but the highlight for me was the Cullen skink. Highly recommend!

Fun intro to Edinburgh - We went on the Edinburgh Old Town food tour on the day we flew in to Edinburgh from the U.S. It was a great introduction to Edinburgh and to Scottish food. Alisa, our guide, was quite friendly and knowledgeable about Edinburgh and about the food and drinks that we enjoyed on the tour. Each stop was a different type of Scottish food and our friends on the tour with us all had different “favorites” when the tour was complete. This was a great introduction to Scotland and I recommend choosing Alysa and this tour when you visit Edinburgh.

Tasty - What a great way to kick off our exploration of Edinburgh! Ailsa was very welcoming and engaging. She took us to five diverse places to sample our way through Scottish cuisine - we likely would not have discovered if we wee on our own. We ended the tour at the castle with magnificent view of the city. Many thanks Ailsa and we wish you all the best! Cheers!
